One of the perks of taking directing is the day you get to play in the attic. The labyrinth of old furniture twists and turns while you try to find the perfect pieces to fit in your scene. It's like Gonzaga's room of requirement- inevitably you happen upon (almost) everything you need.
There is also a long standing tradition of theatre students signing a certain chalk board that lives in the attic. And luckily, even after the summer cleaning, the chalkboard still resides in its old spot untouched by the erasers perched on it's frame, looming over the names below.
