So, one woman who particularly inspires me to create is the amazingly stupendous Karen O (Who is pretty much the only awesome person named Karen) Not only is she the lead singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but she also recorded the soundtrack for Where the Wild Things Are, and she just recorded with The Flaming Lips! By the way, she was born in South Korea (Random right?! she is half polish and half korean) And she attended Tisch in NYC. The crown jewel on Karen O's tiara of awesome is her fashion, or should I say her bff designer Christian Joy's fashion. Christian Joy has been making costumes for Karen O since 2001! Anyway, Karen O is oh so amazing, and she inspires me to scream crazy, stay funky and effortlessly achieve "hip."
